We want you to feel confident in your purchase of Cognitive Shield. If you're not satisfied, here's how our guarantee works.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Your first Cognitive Shield purchase is covered by our 30-day guarantee. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. This guarantee applies to your first order only, whether that's a one-time purchase, your first Monthly Subscription shipment, or your first Smart Subscription shipment. Renewal or recurring shipments are not covered under this guarantee.

How It Works

1. Contact us first. Email support@clarityguardlabs.com within 30 days of delivery to let us know you'd like to return your order. Please include your order number and a brief note about your experience with the product.
2. We'll talk it through. Our team will follow up to understand what didn't work for you. This helps us make things right and also helps us keep improving the product.
3. Return unused product. If you purchased a multi-bottle supply (such as our Smart Subscription 4-month package), any unopened or unused bottles must be returned to us before a refund is processed. Single-bottle orders do not require a product return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Refund issued. Once your return is confirmed (or your reason for dissatisfaction is discussed for single-bottle orders), we'll process your refund to your original payment method. 

What's Covered

• Full refund on unopened, unused bottles from a first-time multi-bottle order (Smart Subscription)
• Refund on a first-time single-bottle or Monthly Subscription order, following a conversation with our support team about your experience

What's Not Covered

• Requests made more than 30 days after your delivery date
• Renewal or recurring shipments (Monthly Subscription renewals, or Smart Subscription shipments after your first)
• Orders where the return process outlined above was not completed (for multi-bottle purchases)

Shipping Costs

Single-bottle orders do not require a product return, so no return shipping applies. For Smart Subscription returns (where unused bottles must be sent back), return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping charges (if any were applied at checkout) are non-refundable.

Subscriptions

Cognitive Shield is available as a Monthly Subscription (one bottle shipped every 30 days) or a Smart Subscription (4 bottles shipped immediately upon purchase, then billed and shipped again every 4 months).

• Monthly Subscription: The 30-day guarantee applies only to your first shipment, starting from that shipment's delivery date. Subsequent monthly renewals are not covered by the guarantee.
• Smart Subscription: The 30-day guarantee applies only to your first 4-bottle shipment, starting from that shipment's delivery date. Since this is a single payment for four bottles, any unused bottles must be returned (customer pays return shipping) before a refund is issued. Renewal shipments billed every 4 months after that are not covered by the guarantee.
• Cancelling a subscription: You can cancel your Monthly or Smart Subscription at any time before your next billing date to stop future shipments. Cancelling does not automatically refund a shipment already delivered, that still follows the return process above. It can be canceled through your "Shop" account.
